Join representatives from Fresno County Agricultural Commissioner’s Office, Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF), and Strawberry Farm as they share information  on food safety practices for your farm. The goal of this training is to provide farmers with a solid understanding of what GAPS are and how to get started on developing  a Food Safety plan.

·       Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)
·       Examples of How to Implement Food Safety
