ASI Draft Communications Plan
In order to build and sustain key relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, ASI is developing a targeted strategy for communication and engagement. Fenton Communications, a leading public interest communications firm, helped us initiate the process with a draft communications plan. ASI staff and faculty will be reviewing the recommendations in this report to determine next steps. Please send any comments or suggestions to
Stakeholder Engagement
During November 2008, a Web-based survey was distributed to approximately 1,500 stakeholders throughout the state and beyond. We received 660 responses to our survey. Respondents were asked to rate the importance of issues they deemed to be most important to California agriculture and food systems. The results will help us shape the new agenda for ASI's research, education, and outreach.
Preliminary Survey Results - Further analysis will be conducted and posted soon.
