Join the UC Master Food Preservers of Solano and Yolo Counties for a FREE, workshop where you’ll learn how to safely preserve the harvest using an atmospheric steam canner. Participants will watch a demonstration on Herbed Seasoned Tomatoes and will make their own Pickled Bell Peppers, taking home a jar of the peppers and a jar of either Italian or Mexican Herbed Seasoned Tomatoes
