John M. Foraker has been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Annie’s, Inc. since 2004. For over eighteen years, Mr. Foraker has held various management positions with members of our corporate family. From 1994 until 1998, Mr. Foraker served as President of Napa Valley Kitchens, Inc. and from 1998 until 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Homegrown Natural Foods, Inc. Mr. Foraker holds a BS from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
