- Fresh Focus / Community Table - Food access and food justice
- The Market Garden - Organic fruit and vegetable production
- The Ecological Garden - Fruit trees, medicinal & culinary herbs, cut-flower production
- Kids in the Garden - training in culturally responsive experiential education in farms and gardens
- SCOPE - participatory plant breeding for organic and culturally important crops
- As well as other projects like the Woods and the African Food Basket

The UC Davis Student Farm’s mission is to hold a space where students can learn, practice, and model an ecologically, socially, and economically sustainable agriculture and food system. The Student Farm welcomes all students to build this more equitable and just farm and food system by cultivating student initiatives, leadership, experiential learning, and inclusive communities.
